Alakef Coffee Roasters was born out of a passion for
coffee and our search for the "perfect cup".
As a small, family run company, we have dedicated ourselves
to providing our customers with only the highest quality
coffee beans from selected estates throughout the world.
At Alakef Coffee Roasters, we support fair trade and
sustainable agriculture. This means trying to buy as
many organic coffees, shade grown coffees and coffees
with fair trade status as possible. By buying these
coffees, we are providing you with high quality coffees
while reinforcing our commitment to the farmers and
the environment.
Coffee flavor is impacted by where the coffee comes
from and how it is roasted. Therefore, in addition to
carefully selecting the origin of our coffees, each
bath of coffee is custom roasted. This is done to allow
the unique characteristics of every bean to develop
fully and ensure consistent quality and taste. Before
buying any coffee, samples are cupped for quality at
our roasterie ensuring that each and every single origin
has the taste profile that we are looking for. We roast
only to order and then package and ship the coffee the
same day. Our goal is to ensure that you receive only
the freshest possible coffee.
