Angels Dance Thrift Store has new and used items
at reasonable prices. We have 8,000 square feet of
retial sales area.
At Angels Dance Thrift Store in Aitkin, Minnesota
we have 2 missions:
-
To provide clothes, coats and shoes
to people with low incomes or in need.
-
To provide a needed goods at low
reasonable prices so that people can use the savings
for food or heating costs.
We accept donations of anything still in good usable
shape. Please call before bringing any large furniture
or appliances. We do accept these items, we just may
need help to move it.
What we do not use gets sent to Africa.
Our items come from all over - We buy trucks full of
merchandise every three to four months from auctions,
garage sales, donations. WE also buy or trade media
material (DVDs, CDs, books, VHS and video games).
Our EBT program is et up for anyone on assistance or
is referred to us from another agency or church. They
are eligible to come twice a year, summer and winter.
Our winter program allows families to receive 3 outfits,
1 coat, 1 pair of boots, shoes or slippers per family
member. The children are also allowed a stuffed animal
and a book. We also do a summer program where they can
receive 5 outfits (shirts and pants) shoes, 2 books
and one stuffed animal.
